Get to know Charlotte:

For the past thirty years I have worked primarily in private and non-profit sectors.  My areas of expertise include staff development, human resources, education, technology, and writing.  My experiences include seminar planning and presentation, development of promotional materials, webmistress, copywriting, newsletter and article writing, database management, public relations, creating training materials, training, teaching, teambuilding, technical and grant writing, and project managing.

My education includes a BA and MA in English, as well as seminars and workshops too numerous to count!  Most recently I graduated from Assist University which offers a rigorous five-month training program that sets the standard for the virtual assistant industry.

My husband, David, and I are contented empty-nesters with a love of good friends, good food, the arts, and travel.  We love animals, and now that the children are grown and on their own, the cats and dogs seems to have proliferated accordingly!  We also buy and rehab houses, ski, camp, garden, do community service, and read voraciously.

I am passionate about what I do and deeply committed to my clients.  You can trust me to be creative, proactive, diligent, dependable, detail-oriented, and scrupulously ethical.  I'd like nothing more than to help make your day, your week, your work more productive and filled with more enjoyment.
